Vamsi Maddipatla is the Founder and President of the company. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated success in both strategic development and key operational roles. Under his leadership, the company has grown steadily and profitably to become a leading US based Contract Research Organization offering services in Discovery Research and Clinical Research.
He has both financial and operational management experience in fast-growing environments. He has been responsible for planning activities in leading life sciences organizations to realize financial and operational returns on investment.
Vamsi has worked as a Management Consultant with a focus on enterprise technology planning, providing services to Deloitte & Touché, Pfizer, Johnson & Johnson and Merrill Lynch on selecting and implementing business processes to increase customer profitability. |

| Naren Mallakunta |
| |
Naren Mallakunta is the Chief Executive Officer of the company globally. He has over 23 years of work experience in virtually all aspects of Marketing, Project Management, Operations and Business Development. He has created and implemented successful developmental, managerial, and financial strategies for many business entities and his experience includes leadership positions in leading organizations.
Prior to joining LAXAI, Naren was the Global Head of Business Development at GVK Biosciences and played a significant role right from its inception in building GVK Biosciences to become Asia's leading Contract Research Organization offering Drug Discovery and Development services. His experience in the industry includes structuring innovative business deals with Big Pharma and Biotech companies, some of which have been the biggest collaborations in the Contract Research Industry. Further, he has contributed towards setting new standards that drive efficiency and productivity while partnering with the biopharmaceutical industry. |

| Narinder Mohal |
| |
Narinder Mohal PhD is the Vice President and Head of Chemistry of the company. He has a vast experience in managing complex synthetic and medicinal chemistry projects. He has shown exceptional leadership abilities in building focused teams of chemists to meet all client requirements.
Prior to joining LAXAI, Narinder was associated with GVK Biosciences (Asia’s leading Contract Research Organization in the field of Drug Discovery and Development) for about 5 years, where he was responsible for a team that was involved in various collaborations catering to medicinal chemistry requirements from lead optimization (SAR activity and focused libraries) to the synthesis of reference compounds and building blocks. He was instrumental in building and developing a team of chemists, who were successfully engaged in the synthesis of diverse class of compounds viz. lipids, steroids, carbohydrates small peptides, and alkaloids, solid phase synthesis, isotopically (cold) labeled compounds, synthesis of fluorescent probes for cellular assays, bio-conjugation.
He obtained his doctoral degree in the area of synthetic organic chemistry working towards the synthesis of poly-hydroxylated alkaloids from Norbornanes at the University of Hyderabad, Hyderabad and Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore with Professor Goverdhan Mehta, while his postdoctoral training was in the area of design and synthesis of beta-glycosidase inhibitors and understanding mechanistic aspects of beta-glycosidases, at Swiss Federal Institute of technology at Zurich with Professor Andrea Vasella. |

| Anand Ganesan |
| |
Anand Ganesan is the Head of Clinical Research Services at LAXAI. Anand has about 13 years of experience in using a combination of Standards, Technology, Project Management and Quality Control processes in addressing the challenges faced by pharmaceutical industry. He was responsible for establishing a strategic partnership between LAXAI and a leading pharmaceutical company in the US to provide Data Management and Biostatistics services. Anand established LAXAI’s solution centers in NJ and Hyderabad with the necessary infrastructure and about 100 resources skilled in providing clinical research services. He was instrumental in setting up strategic alliances with SAS Life Sciences and Medidata Solutions.
Prior to joining LAXAI, Anand was part of the core team (a 7 member team) of the Life Sciences and Healthcare division of TATA Consultancy Services -TCS (a $5.6 Billion company with about 140,000+ employees). Anand was responsible for building a web-based Electronic Data Capture system which was completely built around CDISC standards (ODM AND SDTM) as early as 2004 when Pharma industry started adapting CDISC standards and when EDC was still evolving. Anand played a leading role in Quality Audits on processes which resulted in TCS bagging several CDM and Biostatistics projects. Anand authored the Quality Handbook for Pharmaceutical projects at TCS and is an expert in CDISC, Computer System Validation and 21 CFR 11. Anand conducted several training programs on 21 CFR 11 and CDISC internally at TCS and has carried out Information System Audits on validated systems and has participated in ISO 9001 and CMM-I Level 5 re-certification audits.
Anand is an active member of SCDM, CDISC and Project Management Institute.
Anand holds a Bachelor degree in Physics and a Masters Degree in Computer Sciences. |

| Matthew Hollingsworth |
| |
Matthew Hollingsworth is the Head of Business Development at LAXAI. He has over 15 years of sales, operations and management experience in the Support Services, Life Sciences, Health Care, and MIS/IT industries in the US and Europe.
Matthew also has extensive experience in the implementation and management of large national and international support service projects, contingent staffing partnerships as well as executive management for large networks of customer on-site operational locations. Matthew has entrepreneurial understanding and drive as well which was demonstrated when he started a successful dot-com niche job board in 1998 that experienced significant growth and was acquired by a larger company in 2001.
Matthew holds a BA, Business Management from Indiana Business College. |

| Alluri Indra Kumar |

Alluri Indra Kumar is the co-founder of LAXAI AVANTI Life Sciences Pvt, Ltd and also the Managing Director of Avanti Feeds Ltd. a Rs.200 crore publicly traded company and the largest shrimp feed manufacturers in India. Indrakumar's business experience is a valuable asset to LAXAI. Indrakumar holds a degree in mechanical engineering. He set up a collaboration with one of the world's leading shrimp feed manufacturers, the Pingtai Enterprises Co. Ltd., Taiwan and joined hands with Thai Union Feed Mill Co. Ltd, (Formerly Aqua Star) Thailand. The alliance with Thai Union Group took the shrimp feed industry to new heights in developing feeds and supplements for sustainable Aqua Culture. He also established a shrimp processing plant for export of processed shrimps to many countries all over the world in the year 1998.

C. Ramachandra Rao is the CFO of LAXAI AVANTI Life Sciences Pvt, Ltd and Joint Managing Director of AVANTI FEEDS LIMITED, a listed Company engaged in the manufacture of high quality shrimp feed, shrimp farming and processing and export of shrimps since last 12 years. Sri C.Ramachandra Rao, aged 54 years is a qualified CA, CS and LLB, has vast experience of over 25 years in Government and public sector undertakings. He joined M/s. Srinivasa Cystine Limited a group company of Avanti Feeds Limited in 1984 in the capacity of Finance Manager & Company Secretary. He brought with him rich experience of Government and public sector undertakings which helped Srinivasa Cystine Limited to establish itself as a financially strong and leading manufacturer of L-Cystine and L-Tyrosine in the international market. He was also instrumental in start up and growth of Avanti Feeds Limited, which is now a largest shrimp feed manufacturing company in India . In recognition of his services to the company, the management elevated him as Executive Director & Company Secretary of Avanti Feeds Ltd in 1994.
